Celebrity chef Dean Edwards ties the knot with fiancée Liz Stinchcombe in romantic church ceremony

Dean Edwards has married his girlfriend Liz Stinchcombe in a romantic church ceremony in front of their friends and family on Thursday.

The celebrity chef took to Twitter to share the happy news on Friday, writing that he had tied the knot with his ‘best friend’ – who he hasn’t named.

Sharing a slew of snaps of the happy couple, he wrote: ‘Well this happened yesterday! Blessed to have married my best friend.’

This is the second marriage for Dean, after his divorced from his previous partner, Lou, who is the mother of his daughter Indie.

The couple split in 2012 after nine years together, and share custody of 12-year-old Indie.

Speaking in 2017 to The Sun, Dean said: ‘The decision to divorce was mutual and amicable – but that didn’t make it any less painful.’

But he said that he and Lou chatted everyday and that they were very happy co-parenting together as a ‘team’.

The Lorraine star revealed that he got on with Lou’s new partner, even going on holiday together to Portugal.

Speaking about the prospects of Indie having stepparents, he said: ‘I had step-parents growing up and they added a huge amount of joy to my childhood.’

At the time Dean was unsure about his dating prospects, as he said his main priority was his daughter.

He explained: ‘In a few years’ time when she doesn’t want to hang out with me any more, I might try to get myself back on the dating scene. For now, I can’t imagine compromising our baking days or holidays. Being a single dad always comes first.’

Luckily for Dean, he has found love again, and held tightly onto his new wife’s hand as they left the church in the sweet snaps.

She wore a stunning white plunging gown, that hugged her curves, while Dean donned a navy blue suit.
