During her time at WCVB, Rhondella served several roles such as serving as co-anchor of the weekend EyeOpener during its launch. Her different sources and ability to break news stories promoted her from the anchor desk to the “5 Investigates” team for some years before her promotion to be the general assignment reporter as well as a fill-in anchor for WCVB’s newscasts.
