In March 2023, Sello Sebotsane joinedScandal‘s cast as prosecutor Serwalo – a corrupt prosecutor who will release Amo from jail. Later in the next month, Lerato Nxumalo debuted in the popular soapie as Phakamile, who is Nqobile’s (Zekhatho Zondi) complicated older sister. She made her first appearance on Monday, April 17th, 2023.
